Process Flow:
- Material discharge: Chemical powder is discharged from a double cone dryer.
- Vacuum transfer: The powder enters a special pipeline and is conveyed to a silo by the vacuum feeder.
- Metering and screening: A rotary valve below the silo feeds the powder evenly onto a vibrating screen for size classification.
- Recirculation and packaging: Screened materials fall back into the pipeline and are transported to the packaging system via the vacuum feeder.
